Mode of Action

• Mancozeb: This component acts as a contact and preventive fungicide with a multisite mode of action. It stays on the seed surface when used on treated seeds. When exposed to air, it becomes fungitoxic by converting into isothiocyanate, which inactivates the sulphahydral group of enzymes in fungi, disrupting fungal enzyme functions.
• Carbendazim: This component has systemic action and works as both a preventive and curative fungicide. It disrupts spindle formation during fungal cell division, thereby hindering the growth and spread of the fungus.
