इनेरा एक्सटेंशियो स्प्रेडर – सिलिकॉन बेस्ड नॉन-आयनिक सर्फैक्टेंट एडजुवेंट

Inera XTENSIO Spreader – Silicon Based Non-Ionic Surfactant Adjuvant

Product Description

Inera XTENSIO Spreader is a premium agricultural spray adjuvant formulated with a silicon-based non-ionic surfactant and Trisiloxane Alkoxylate technology. It is designed to significantly reduce the surface tension of spray solutions, helping pesticides, fungicides, foliar fertilizers and plant nutrients spread more uniformly over plant surfaces.

XTENSIO provides excellent spreading, wetting and adhesion properties. Its super-spreading action helps the spray solution reach waxy, uneven and difficult-to-access plant surfaces, improving spray coverage, foliar absorption and retention of compatible tank-mix products.

About Product

Inera XTENSIO belongs to the category of non-ionic agricultural spray adjuvants. It is based on Trisiloxane Alkoxylate technology, which dramatically lowers the surface tension of spray solutions beyond what conventional adjuvants generally achieve.

This reduction in surface tension allows spray droplets to spread quickly and uniformly across plant surfaces instead of remaining as water beads. Better spreading helps tank-mix products reach complex, waxy and hard-to-access areas of the crop.

Silicon-Based Non-Ionic Surfactant – Trisiloxane Alkoxylate Based Adjuvant

XTENSIO is primarily used as a spray adjuvant. It is added to compatible agricultural spray solutions to improve wetting, spreading, coverage, adhesion and retention on plant surfaces.

Key Features & Benefits

• Improved Foliar Absorption: Helps increase contact between the spray solution and plant surfaces.
• Enhanced Spreading & Coverage: Allows spray droplets to spread more uniformly over leaves and other plant parts.
• Superior Wetting Action: Helps reduce water beading on waxy and difficult-to-wet surfaces.
• Improved Adhesion: Boosts the sticking power of compatible spray solutions.
• Better Spray Retention: Helps keep the spray solution in contact with treated plant surfaces.
• Super-Spreading Technology: Trisiloxane Alkoxylate helps create a thin and uniform spray film.
• Better Reach: Helps spray solution move into complex and hard-to-access plant areas.
• Supports Tank-Mix Performance: Helps compatible pesticides, fungicides and foliar nutrients achieve better coverage.
• Rain-Fastening Support: Improved spreading and adhesion may support spray retention under suitable conditions.
• Performance-to-Cost Advantage: Designed to improve spray efficiency with a relatively small application quantity.

काम करने का तरीका

Inera XTENSIO works by dramatically reducing the surface tension of the spray solution. This changes the behaviour of spray droplets after they reach the plant surface.

1. Surface Tension Reduction

Conventional spray droplets may form beads on waxy leaves. XTENSIO reduces surface tension, helping droplets flatten and spread over a larger surface area.

2. Super-Spreading Action

Trisiloxane Alkoxylate technology helps the spray solution form a thin, uniform film across the treated plant surface.

3. Improved Coverage

Better spreading helps the spray solution reach leaf edges, waxy surfaces and other difficult-to-access areas.

4. Improved Foliar Contact

Greater contact between the spray solution and foliage may support improved absorption of compatible foliar-applied products.

5. Enhanced Tank-Mix Performance

Improved spreading, adhesion and retention can help compatible pesticides, fungicides and foliar fertilizers perform more efficiently when used correctly.

Recommended Uses

Inera XTENSIO can be used as a spray adjuvant with compatible:

• कीटनाशक
• फफूंदनाशक
• Miticides
• Herbicides where permitted by the respective product label
• Foliar fertilizers
• Micronutrients
• Water-soluble fertilizers
• Plant nutrients
• Other compatible foliar agricultural inputs

Suitable Crops

• Field crops
• Vegetable crops
• Fruit crops
• Plantation crops where recommended
• Other crops where adjuvant use is permitted

Recommended Dosage

Recommended Dose: 100 ml per acre

The quantity of spray water may vary according to crop type, crop stage, canopy density, spraying equipment and the tank-mix product being used. Always follow the current product label and the recommendations of the pesticide or foliar nutrient being mixed.

How to Use

1. Fill the spray tank partially with clean water.
2. Add the recommended pesticide, fungicide, fertilizer or other compatible product.
3. Mix the solution thoroughly.
4. Add the recommended quantity of Inera XTENSIO.
5. Add the remaining quantity of water while maintaining agitation.
6. Mix thoroughly before spraying.
7. Apply uniformly over the crop using properly calibrated spray equipment.

How XTENSIO Helps Improve Spray Performance

Conventional spray droplets may remain as beads on waxy leaves and may not provide complete surface coverage. XTENSIO helps the spray solution spread over a larger area, improving contact between the tank-mix solution and the treated crop.

Spray Droplet → Better Wetting → Wider Spreading → Improved Coverage → Better Contact With Plant Surface

Compatibility

XTENSIO is designed for use with compatible:

• Pesticides
• फफूंदनाशक
• Foliar fertilizers
• Micronutrients
• Foliar nutrients

When compatibility is uncertain, perform a small jar compatibility test before preparing a large tank mixture. Always follow the instructions of all products included in the tank mix.

Application Tips

• Use clean water for preparing the spray solution.
• Use properly calibrated spraying equipment.
• Ensure uniform spray coverage over the crop.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• Avoid unnecessary high concentrations of the adjuvant.
• Avoid spraying during strong winds.
• Avoid application immediately before expected heavy rainfall.
• Follow the label directions of all tank-mix products.
• Use freshly prepared spray solution whenever possible.

Safety & Precautions

• Use only for agricultural purposes.
• Read the product label carefully before use.
• Wear suitable gloves and protective clothing while mixing and spraying.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin.
• Avoid inhaling spray mist.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling agricultural spray products.
• Keep away from children and animals.
• Keep away from food, feed and drinking water.
• Do not contaminate drinking-water sources.
• Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after application.

Storage Instructions

• Store in the original tightly closed container.
• Keep in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
• Protect from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Keep away from food and animal feed.
