Katyayani Paddy Guard Herbicide

Katyayani Paddy Guard Herbicide, containing Fenoxaprop-P-Ethyl 6.9% EC, is a selective, post-emergent herbicide designed specifically for controlling grassy weeds, such as Echinochloa spp. (Barnyard grass), in rice crops. Known under other market names like Bayer Ricestar and PI Legacee, this herbicide provides effective and targeted control for both direct-seeded and transplanted rice. Paddy Guard works by being absorbed into the leaves and stems, then translocates systemically to inhibit fatty acid synthesis in the grassy weeds' meristem tissue, ensuring precise action and safe application on rice crops.
