How TASAR Works

TASAR belongs to the imidazolinone group of herbicides. Both active ingredients inhibit the acetolactate synthase (ALS) enzyme, which is essential for the synthesis of branched-chain amino acids in weeds. Once absorbed through foliage, the herbicide moves to the growing points, disrupts cell division, and gradually leads to the death of susceptible weeds.

Method and Time of Application

Apply as an early post-emergence herbicide.
Spray when weeds are at the 2–3 leaf stage.

Take one-fourth of the required water in the spray tank.
