contacted customer service regarding the missing bottle, and they themselves asked me to give them 2 days to resolve the issue. I waited patiently for the full 2 days as requested, but till now there has been no response, no update, and no resolution.
Why should a customer have to keep waiting and chasing customer service after following the time they were given? If you ask a customer to wait for 2 days, the least you can do is get back to them within that time. Ignoring the complaint afterwards is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I have also tried contacting them again, but the line keeps saying busy. This is not how customers should be treated. I urgently need either a refund for the missing bottle or a return and refund of the order at the earliest, without further delay.
The company seriously needs to improve its customer service, communication, follow-up, and accountability. The product may be okay, but the customer support experience has been very poor.
