GSP Pendifix Herbicide – Pre-Emergence Control with Pendimethalin 30% EC for Long-Lasting Weed Suppression

GSP Pendifix is a pre-emergence selective herbicide formulated with Pendimethalin 30% EC. Designed to be applied before weeds emerge, it forms a protective layer in the soil that targets weed seeds during germination. Its action prevents early weed competition and promotes better crop establishment in a wide range of field and horticultural crops.

Weed Management at the Root

Pendifix halts germination of both grassy and broadleaf weeds by inhibiting cell division in emerging roots and shoots. With long residual activity in the soil, it effectively suppresses weed growth during the early critical stages of crop development without affecting the main crop.

Weed Spectrum Coverage

Effective against a broad range of annual grasses and broadleaf weeds including:

• Phalaris minor, Chenopodium album, Melilotus alba, Portulaca oleracea
• Fumaria parviflora, Poa annua, Echinochloa colona, Echinochloa crusgalli
• Fimbristylis miliacea, Marselia quadrifoliata, Alternanthera, Ammannia baccifera
• Ludwigia parviflora, Eclipta alba, Cyperus difformis, Euphorbia hirta
• Amaranthus viridis, Trianthema spp., Eleusine indica

Application Dosage

काम करने का तरीका

Pendifix acts as a pre-emergence selective herbicide, meaning it should be applied to the soil before weed seeds germinate. It targets dividing cells in weed roots and shoots, stopping them at the earliest stage and providing clean, weed-free fields during critical crop growth phases.

Key Benefits

• Broad Spectrum: Effective on a wide variety of grasses and broadleaf weeds
• Soil-Active: Works from the soil surface to stop weed emergence before it begins
• Crop Safety: Selectively targets weeds without damaging the main crop
• Long Residual Action: Offers extended weed control in early growth stages

Usage & Precautions

• Apply within 0–3 days after sowing before weed emergence
• Ensure adequate moisture in the soil for best activation
• Do not disturb soil after application for at least 10 days
• Wear protective gear during mixing and spraying
