This dual-action formulation controls both chewing pests and sucking insects. It is effective against bollworms, fruit borers, shoot borers, leaf folders, diamondback moth, thrips, aphids, jassids, whiteflies and plant hoppers in vegetables, cotton, chilli, tea, paddy and other crops.

Emamectin Benzoate penetrates the leaf surface and moves across leaf tissues. Caterpillars and borers ingest the active ingredient while feeding. It activates chloride channels in insect nerve and muscle cells, resulting in feeding cessation, irreversible paralysis and death.

Thiamethoxam is absorbed by leaves and transported through plant tissues. Sucking insects receive the active ingredient while feeding on treated plant sap. It acts on nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the insect nervous system, resulting in continuous nerve stimulation, paralysis and mortality.
