TAG Fly Gold is a patented triple-action insecticide containing Diafenthiuron 18% + Fipronil 8% + Dinotefuran 5% SC. It provides broad-spectrum protection against sucking pests and fruit borers while promoting healthier crop growth. Its advanced Suspension Concentrate (SC) formulation delivers quick knockdown, long-lasting residual control and improved crop protection during flowering and fruiting stages.
TAG Fly Gold is especially effective in chilli and other commercial crops where heavy infestations of thrips and fruit borers can significantly reduce yield and quality. The formulation also exhibits a phyto-tonic effect, helping crops maintain better vigour and productivity.

Diafenthiuron disrupts energy production in insect cells, Fipronil blocks nerve signal transmission by interfering with GABA receptors, while Dinotefuran acts on nicotinic acetylcholine receptors to rapidly stop insect feeding. The combination provides multiple modes of action for effective and long-lasting pest control.
TAG Fly Gold is used to control thrips, fruit borers and other sucking insect pests in chilli and several commercial crops.
It is registered for chilli and is also effective in crops such as cotton, tomato and brinjal as per label recommendations.
The first spray should be applied when the pest population reaches the Economic Threshold Level (ETL). Follow-up sprays may be required depending on pest pressure.
Apply 350–400 ml per acre (875–1000 ml per hectare) using the recommended quantity of water.
The three active ingredients provide multiple modes of action, resulting in faster pest control, longer residual protection and better resistance management.
