Yes—KisanShop offers a 2-day return window from the date of delivery for cases like wrong, damaged or materially defective items. Please initiate the request within 48 hours, keep the item unused in its original sealed packaging, and share clear photos/videos to help us verify quickly. Note: For safety and regulatory reasons, opened agro-chemicals, used tools, perishable/live plants or items without original packaging are usually not returnable. Once approved, we process a replacement or refund as per policy and courier serviceability at your location.

Absolutely. A GST invoice is generated for eligible orders and becomes available as a PDF in your account after processing. Ensure your billing details and GSTIN (if applicable) are entered correctly at checkout—they appear exactly as provided. Applicable tax slabs and HSN details depend on the product category.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an AWB/tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track any time from the Orders section of your KisanShop account. It can take up to 12–24 hours for the first scan to appear after courier pickup. Multiple parcels will have separate tracking links.
